Mr and Mrs Griffin, from Melksham, were both fitted with Sonetik hearing aids in March 2019 at their local LloydsPharmacy. They booked their appointment to have a hearing check even though they were not sure if they actually had a problem!

Both have found since being fitted with their hearing aids that the volume on the television has needed to be set at a much lower level, and more importantly, their children and grandchildren have reported how Mr and Mrs Griffin can now actually hear what they are saying when speaking to them.

When asked what advice they would give anybody considering having their hearing assessed, Mrs Griffin said;
"Go and get your hearing checked! I did, and have recommended Sonetik for their excellent service and hearing aids when a friend mentioned how small (discreet) the GOhear-in (invisible-in-the-canal) hearing aid was."

Mrs Griffin went on to say how helpful the Sonetik Audiologist was, adding; "He was excellent! There's nothing more I can say, just excellent."

Mrs Griffin concluded by saying; "I wish I'd done it years ago! I didn't realise how much I had been missing out on!"
